Norris' Group Care Programs provide treatment, educational, and therapeutic recreational services to youth ages 8 through 17 and their families. Youth receive services related to mental health, emotional behavioral disorders, problematic sexualized behaviors, AODA, and trauma, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect. Norris is currently seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Overnight Supervisor in our Shelter Care Program at our Mukwonago, WI campus. Under the supervision of the Group Care Program Manager, the Overnight Supervisor (OS) oversees employees and the nightly operations of the facility in accordance with agency policies, protocols and procedures, licensing requirements, placing agency expectations and best practice standards. The OS ensures hall services address youths' needs according to their plans (i.e., treatment, safety, guidance, etc.) and the Norris grounds and building are secure. The OS directly supervises the Overnight Lead Youth Care Specialists and Youth Care Specialists working on the overnight team. The OS ensures sensitivity to the ethnic and cultural diversity of youths, families and employees while effectively communicating and promoting the philosophy, goals, policies, protocols, and procedures of Norris. The OS position requires the individual is able to work a flexible schedule that is subject to change to meet the program's evolving needs at any time, including overlapping shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
