Network Health is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO to provide daily administrative and organizational support to the President and CEO. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing high volume e-mails, phone calls and managing a complex business calendar.

Duties:



  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
  • Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies
  • Serve as the face of the President's office. Represent and promote corporate image, internally and externally, providing liaison between President, key executives and employees
  • Monitor high volume of e-mails and phone calls, use judgement to prioritize incoming information for President and CEO review to maximize President's time
  • Anticipate and execute frequently shifting priorities
  • Manage complex, confidential business calendar; arrange, coordinate meetings
  • Produce written documents and communication per President and CEO direction and proof/edit all documents presented for President and CEO signature
  • Ensure integrity of confidential communication
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • May include some light personal assisting work such as running errands.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree or eight years of experience in an administrative support role required.



  • At least five to eight years of experience supporting a senior leader, preferrably at the chief or presidental level.


  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the Menasha office, as needed.
