GENERAL SUMMARY

The NetSuite Administrator will manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it meets DeZURIK's business needs while supporting end users and optimizing system functionality. This role includes system administration, user support, testing, and maintaining integrations, searches, and workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the integrity of the NetSuite environment.

This position is currently eligible for DeZURIK's hybrid work schedule.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Perform user management tasks, configuration adjustments, and troubleshoot user login/access issues, including 2FA resets and security questions.
  • Monitor NetSuite global changes and biannual releases; communicate upcoming updates, evaluate risks, and oversee testing in Sandbox to ensure quality assurance.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize saved searches, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics datasets, workflows, and native reports to fulfill data and operational needs.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to business users through the case / ticketing system, addressing and resolving NetSuite functionality and configuration issues.
  • Identify, document, and resolve system bugs while ensuring timely communication with impacted teams.
  • Debug and resolve minor SuiteScript issues (e.g., PDF formatting) and collaborate with developers to address more complex bugs.
  • Maintain and support NetSuite integrations, including Engineering PDM system, Pacejet, Avalara, and DotSolved.
  • Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Deloitte) and SuiteScript developers to resolve system and project-related cases and enhancement requests.
  • Prepare system reports for audits, compliance, and organizational standards, including regulatory or cybersecurity audits and perform CSV updates to maintain data integrity.
  • Coordinate and perform testing for system updates, integrations, and enhancements, developing validation plans and checklists.
  • Participate in system upgrade planning, module implementations, and process improvement projects to enhance the NetSuite environment. Attend product/feature webinars and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform regular audits of roles, permissions, saved searches, and reports to ensure best practices and clean system performance.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of related NetSuite experience as Administrator or technical role.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, including workflows, saved searches, and user management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve system bugs and technical issues.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external developers.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environment is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript and NetSuite customizations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with document management.
  • Understanding of basic Manufacturing concepts or ability to learn; including blueprint reading, BOM structure, and revision control.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Physical demands are typical of an office position including extended periods of sitting, and extensive use of a personal computer and telephone.


WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $71,587 to $107,381 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
