The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all aspects of parts warehouse operations. This position offers excellent growth potential, job stability, and a dynamic work environment.

Training for this role will take place at our Headquarters location (12800 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77040) for approximately 30 days.

Responsibilities:

• Assist service supervisors and technicians with parts needs
• Provide professional communication regarding parts status and updates
• Operate a forklift safely
• Order and verify parts
• Maintain backorder reports
• Deliver parts to the appropriate location or technician
• Ensure timely processing of warranty returns and core returns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Ability to follow safety policies and demonstrate safe practices
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email, phone, in-person)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment
