The Client Success Intern assists the Client Success Team within EDGE - the Innovation Lab Team by creating and sending out client surveys and tracking product performance. They assist clients with technical issues and work to solve them. They also help the client success team with RFPs, onboarding new clients, and handling contracts and invoices. The intern creates process documents, joins client calls and meetings to learn about client relationships, and updates systems with project and client information. The Client Success Intern works closely with our sales, solution delivery, and marketing teams.
How will you contribute:

Assist in the development and deployment of client surveys
*
Assist in the maintenance of product scorecards across product portfolio
*
Support clients through technical issues with products and work to address to resolution
*
Support the client success team in RFP completion, client onboarding procedures, and contracting/invoicing processes
*
Help generate necessary process documentation for the client success team
*
Participate in client calls and meetings to understand proper client relationship and engagement behaviors within various degrees of relationship health/satisfaction
*
Maintain and update any relevant systems with accurate and timely information about your projects and activities, client information, etc.
*
Provide administrative support to the client success team as needed
We are looking for people with Forward Vision and:
* Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, sales, communications, information technology, computer information systems, or a related field.
*
High school diploma or equivalent
*
Strong interest in technology and sales
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
*
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
