Essential Functions:

• SAP and Accounts Payable subject matter expert and issue resolution experience with Accounts Payable and SAP.
• Works independently and with third parties to trouble-shoot process payments, invoices, etc.. in accordance with standard routines, checking for completeness and errors.
• Extracts specified information or adds appropriate standard coding and reference documents.
• Compiles summaries of information relating to processed documents.
• Locates and extracts information from files and records as requested.
• Investigates statements, ledgers, and other records in order to establish facts required to deal with queries and problems.
• May perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division manually or using a calculator.
• Understands the difference in debit and credit transactions within the SAP environment.
• Able to perform vendor account reconciliations.
• Proficient in Sharepoint.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounting, or related experience.
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated attention to detail and proven customer focus skills strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, required.
