CLA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our dynamic People Solutions (HR) team. This position will focus primarily on the Talent features in Workday, including development plans, goals, feedback, succession, and performance, however, could include other areas of HCM support as needed. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's talent modules and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing these features to enhance organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Workday Talent Module Management: Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Talent modules, including development plans, goals, feedback, succession, and performance.

  • System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the Workday Talent features to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and enhance user experience.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Solutions (HR), IT, and business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to Talent management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage Talent-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.

  • User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of Workday Talent features.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all Workday Talent processes align with industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Additional Workday HCM Support: As needed, provide support in other functional areas, such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Help or Recruiting.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (combination of education, training, and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM, preferably with a strong focus on Workday Talent modules.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.

Wage range in Minnesota is $78,000 to $133,000
