As a Makeup Artist, you will provide high-quality hair styling services, ensuring an elegant and luxurious experience for every client. • Provide professional makeup application services, specializing in a range of looks from natural to dramatic for special occasions.

• Consult with clients to create personalized makeup looks that complement their features, attire, and event theme.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to Wisconsin Safety & Sanitation codes.

• Ensure a nurturing and professional environment for guest relaxation and beauty enhancement.

• Stay up to date with the latest makeup trends and techniques.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by the Manager and Spa Director.

• Assist with inventory levels to ensure stock is maintained at all times.

• Attend quarterly salon meetings and product knowledge sessions.

• A professionally trained Makeup Artist (or Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician) with 3+ years of experience in makeup and special occasion application.

• Strong skills in applying a variety of makeup styles, from natural to dramatic (airbrush makeup application a plus but not required).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to duplicate requested looks while being flexible with last-minute changes.

• Professional, positive, and motivating demeanor.

• Strong time management skills before, during, and after services.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively within a team.

• A professional look book of makeup application work is required.

• Willingness to demonstrate skills on 3-5 models as part of the interview process.

• Must adhere to Wisconsin State Safety & Sanitation laws and regulations.
