Responsibilities & Expectations:

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive, welcoming, and organized workplace.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility management.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Serve as the go-to person for office-related issues and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the office follows 6S principles by maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.
  • Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing company policies, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.

Administrative & Project Support

  • Serve as the face of the company by welcoming guests, ensuring a positive first impression, and managing front-desk reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and company initiatives.
  • Support HR, marketing, and finance functions, including expense reporting and Acquisition onboarding logistics.
  • Develop and implement office policies to enhance efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • A servant leader mindset, with a strong commitment to supporting executives, colleagues, and the overall success of the organization.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support and/or office management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience coordinating travel, planning executive meetings, and organizing company events.
