Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze current HR processes, and propose improvements. The role involves process modeling, data analysis, solution evaluation, change management, and project management. Experience with process improvement in government and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities



  • Understand the organization's strategic objectives and how HR processes align with them.
  • Identify current challenges and inefficiencies in HR processes.
  • Collect detailed requirements from HR stakeholders, including functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business value and impact.
  • Document existing HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
  • Evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness of current processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or redesign HR processes.
  • Develop process models (e.g., flowcharts, UML diagrams) to visualize existing and proposed processes.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the process models.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze existing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Determine the data requirements for the modernized HR system.
  • Develop data governance guidelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Evaluate available HR technology solutions to identify the best fit for the organization's needs.
  • Assess the capabilities and experience of potential vendors.
  • Prepare recommendations for the HR modernization solution, including technology selection and implementation approach.
  • Identify individuals and departments affected by the changes.
  • Create effective communication strategies to inform stakeholders about the changes.
  • Develop strategies to address resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate activities with project teams, including developers, testers, and implementation specialists.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Proven experience in process improvement, particularly within government and Salesforce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Proficiency in process modeling tools.
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements.

Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location- United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
