Location: 6020 NW 4th Place Suite A, Gainesville, FL, USA, 32607


Duration: 12 months

Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


Nature of Role:

The Customer Service Representative will work in a call center environment, handling inbound calls from customers regarding supply orders and customer support.

The role includes the following responsibilities

  • Maintain patient records and verify accounts.
  • Ensure department KPIs are consistently met.
  • Communicate prescription revision requests to clinic support teams.
  • Receive and process new referrals for out-of-warranty equipment.
  • Facilitate equipment replacements.
  • Schedule patients for annual preventative maintenance.
  • Coordinate customer returns.
  • Adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures.


Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple websites.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to use good judgment and reasoning to solve problems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of call center experience.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work history.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
  • Data processing experience is a plus.
