Job Summary: The ERP Project Manager, Industry Specialty Services is responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing project management support in the areas of ERP consulting and ancillary systems & integrations, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. Job Duties:
- Manages and supports client projects with a focus on ERP implementations and integrations for Unanet ERP
- Uses the BDO framework to assume responsibility for projects' phases and works directly with consultants and clients to accomplish objectives
- Performs project management of implementation engagement(s), independently and collaboratively, for core system offerings and others
- Assists in developing, building, and/or revision of processes and procedures regarding ERP implementations
- Assists in identifying project goals and scope
- Supports the planning and documentation of projects, including overseeing project timelines and deliverables
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises, develops, and trains Project Manager Associates and Senior Associates
- Reviews and evaluates work of the Associates and Senior Associates
- Provides verbal and written performance feedback to Associates and Senior Associates
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education:
- Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred
Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in project management, required
- Familiar with ERP & technology implementation best practices, preferred
- Experience in Unanet, Costpoint, Govcon ERP implementations, preferred
- Experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries, preferred
License/Certifications:
- CAPM or PMP, required
- SmartSheet certifications, preferred
Software:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required
- SmartSheet experience, preferred
- SharePoint experience, preferred
Language:
Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business / report writing
- Strong analytical and basic research skills
- Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
Maryland Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
