The Space Planner is responsible for the planning, design, and management of interior spaces to optimize functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, developing space plans, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Essential Job Duties:
1. Develop logistical strategies, partnering with the internal corporate real estate team and construction project managers, to schedule and plan upcoming relocations; both building to building and internal movement of associates and equipment.
2. Create and implement move plans to satisfy customer priorities, business requirements and IT needs. Provide issue resolution both before and after move dates including communicating and coordinating with corporate real estate managers, client business liaisons, and their designated representatives.
3. Serve as the point of contact for all move related processes, schedule and customer satisfaction concerns in assigned geographic locations. Track with other regional Space Planners for consistent service delivery and best practices.
4. Creation of weekly move schedules providing execution direction for move vendors, IT partners and Voice/Data contractors.
5. Responsible for floor plan data accuracy.
6. Audit invoices to ensure accurate billing and report on monthly move costs for senior management review.
7. Oversee furniture work order process and repairs to address customer needs and requests. Coordinate with client warehousing vendors.
8. Full knowledge of systems furniture onsite and in offsite storage.
9. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
10. Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
11. Ability to lead and respond in a rapidly changing work environment.

Skills, Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business Management, Process Management, Architecture or Design
* Knowledge of PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Knowledge of corporate real estate standards and processes preferred
* Strong background in project management, space planning or high focus customer service a plus
* Strong collaboration and customer satisfaction skills
* Excellent problem-solver, highly motivated, proactive, flexible and results-oriented
* May perform other duties as assigned.
