Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 base salary + monthly & quarterly bonuses Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In this role, you will manage sales strategies, policies, and initiatives to meet business objectives. You'll set short- and long-term sales goals, evaluate sales programs, and suggest product or service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential. This position will report directly to our Vice President of Sales and requires a strategic leader who can use their expertise to motivate, guide, and develop the team to meet company goals.
