Basic Qualifications/Skills: NETSCOUT is currently seeking a law student during the summer for a full-time, paid internship at our Westford, MA office location. This internship is intended to provide the candidate with hands-on experience and exposure to the day-to-day activities of a highly skilled corporate legal and compliance team. The legal intern can expect exposure to the diverse subject areas covered by the corporate legal team, including corporate governance, employment, IP, commercial contracts, litigation and disputes, securities, regulatory, compliance and ethics. This position may include work in the following areas:
