Job Title: Onshore Lead Developer Location(s): Richmond, VA (Remote) Salesforce Expertise: Requires deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including custom applications, configuration, and customization. Technical Leadership: Must have strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and code reviews. CG Cloud Development: Expertise in developing and customizing CG Cloud applications within Salesforce. Problem Solving. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues and analyze business requirements. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and present technical solutions. Requirements Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution Development Knowledge. Salesforce.com Certifications. Salesforce.com Mobile Application Experience (Consumer Goods Cloud app preferred).
