Job Description Emerging Talent Delivery and Quality Lead for North America Indianapolis, IN (hybrid working) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Emerging Talent Delivery and Quality Lead for North America who wants to drive forward on our award-winning emerging talent team at Rolls-Royce. This role is a critical delivery role within our new emerging talent structure ensuring successful operational delivery of our North America Graduate, Co-op, Intern and future emerging talent programs. In the role you will partner with business stakeholders, emerging talent champions and external suppliers/partners to ensure that the emerging talent programs are aligned with the enterprise program design. In this role, you will work with suppliers to ensure that they are meeting our expectations in delivering high quality programs operating within the parameters as described within the service level agreement expectations.This is an exciting opportunity to match the business needs, our talent strategy and the potential of our emerging talent to ensure we pioneer the power that matters.
