About the Opportunity

As part of the Finance team, you will, as the Procurement Manager, be responsible for implementing and managing the procurement activities related to equipment, technology services and licenses, and professional service providers as well as travel and expense related programs. This includes identifying and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions, and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors. You will also collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies with overall organizational goals.

What you'll do



  • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

    Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet the company's technology needs, including hardware, software, and third-party services.
  • Supplier Management:

    Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to ensure optimal value for the company.
  • Credit Card Program Management:

    Oversee and manage the company's corporate credit card program, ensuring proper usage, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Travel Procurement Management:

    Manage relationships with travel vendors and suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and travel management companies to optimize cost savings and improve service quality.
  • Budget & Cost Control:

    Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring that purchases are made within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Vendor Performance Management:

    Track and assess vendor performance against agreed-upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    Work closely with technology, finance, legal, project management office, and operations teams to identify needs and align procurement processes with internal requirements.
  • Contract Management:

    Review and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and mitigate risk to the organization.
  • Market Analysis & Trends:

    Stay current on technology trends, market conditions, and supplier capabilities to ensure procurement decisions are informed and competitive.
  • Process Improvement:

    Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability.

What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

  • Education:

    bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree or professional certifications in procurement such as CPSM, CIPS preferred.)
  • Experience:

    At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the technology industry. Experience in managing technology-related purchases (hardware, software, cloud services, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
    • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive purchasing decisions
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
