GENERAL SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor focuses on day-to-day operations and short-term goals to maximize productivity, minimize waste and ensure quality. Demonstrates leadership in creating a safe work environment. Directs the work and goals of individual employees to continuously improve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety. Improves operator productivity through training, monitoring and ensuring quality and safe work practices are followed. Must meet scheduling and targeted production goals. Responsible for enforcing daily quality reviews of product to ensure processes are meeting specifications. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Reviews production orders and implements production schedules to meet customer deliveries. Arranges and assigns work in area of responsibility. Supervises and assists employees with daily work performance. Regulates production and personnel problems and resolves them to minimize their effect on production. Creates a safe work environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
WORKING CONDITIONS Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working in shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Stress may result from workload and meeting schedules. Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs. SALARY AND BENEFITS DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary for this role in the $64,680 to $80,849 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
