About the Job Our North America Operations Rotational Program provides talented recent graduates with a unique employment opportunity to rapidly immerse themselves in the dynamic world of the global baking industry. This is an exciting entry-level cross-functional program at the intersection of manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial excellence. With over 100 years of bakery product expertise, Dawn provides a supportive environment for early career Team Members to complete challenging assignments and experience our vibrant company culture, embrace our core values, and gain valuable knowledge and skills for a rewarding career within operations. Our 27-month North America Operations Rotational Program provides participants with three (3) consecutive 9-month operations-focused assignments. Program participants will benefit from:

What You'll Do as an Operations Rotational Program Participant As a rotational program participant, you will deliver value and results through entry-level on-site experiences and project assignments to discover how our cross-functional operations work together to manufacture, supply, and drive B2B excellence within the baking ingredients industry.
Work Eligibility & Travel Requirements: Program participants will be required to be on-site as needed for their designated operational assignments. Travel will include centralized development workshops and program experiences.
