Role and responsibilities

As an Logistics Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our highly complex logistics and warehouse processes, directly impacting our ability to meet production demands efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You do this to make sure our internal customers (Factory, SS&P, D&E, and P&D) will receive their materials on time in full

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

Operational activities

• Monitor the influx of outbound deliveries for the Wilton Manufacturing services team, where logistics processes are centralized to facilitate an efficient supply to manufacturing.
• Adjust delivery timing based on priority
• Monitor if deliveries are created according to the 'delivery creation rules'
• Contact the internal customer (Production Planning, Cleanroom Logistics, Material Handling) and/or the 3PL in case alignment is needed for load leveling.
• Monitor and steer the 'stock to factory' process by managing the EWM Waves
• Process delivery- and/or delivery line cancellation requests and prio changes
• Monitor and follow-up on exception codes and alerts generated by EWM
• You are steering daily/weekly meetings to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
• Weekly report performance and volume measurements and communicate with stake holders
• Management of the interbuilding shipments process of materials (parcels) to internal stakeholders
• When applicable, handle administration of storage units for non-stock flow process
• Monitor and manage special packaging availability for outbound shipments
• Coordination of outbound EXE dock, as well as outbound planning for standard shipping docks

Continuous Improvement activities

• Identify improvement opportunities in the value chain
• Define and improve logistics workflow related processes
• Participate and/or drive continuous improvement projects
• Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment.
• Preferably experience with trouble-shooting: problem solving methodologies (LEAN)

Education and experience

Preferred relevant Bachelor degree (e.g. Operations Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management). Will accept high school degree depending on relevant work experience

• 2-5 years of experience within Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment.
• Preferably experience with trouble-shooting: problem solving mythologies

• SAP knowledge - eWM experience a must have
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Other information

The Wilton Manufacturing Services team is responsible for the storage, planning, assembling and shipment of ASML material, e.g. modules, upgrade packages etc. As part of the Manufacturing Services team, this role is positioned within the Control Tower. The Control Tower is the responsible team for all administrative flows, preventing and predicting stagnations.

You will work in an off shift support schedule, which is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9am - 5:30pm
