EisnerAmper is seeking a Yardi Junior Developer to join the Business Applications team of our Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) practice. The Yardi Application Developer will support and enhance our real estate fund accounting technology. This role is ideal for a junior developer with at least 1 year of experience and knowledge of SQL development who is looking to grow their skills in Yardi development, reporting, and system integrations.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Reporting to the SVP of Business Application Strategy, you will assist in developing reports, supporting internal teams, and building integrations to connect Yardi with other applications such as treasury systems, investor CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools.

  • This is a great opportunity for a motivated junior developer to gain hands-on experience working with real estate fund accounting systems while expanding their technical expertise in SQL, reporting, and application integrations.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of custom reports to improve efficiency and data transparency for fund accounting teams and their clients.

  • Support the integration of Yardi with other business applications, helping streamline operations and enhance data flow.

  • Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Yardi and SQL-based reporting.

  • Work closely with fund accounting, treasury, and investor relations teams to understand their reporting and data needs.

  • Keep up-to-date with new Yardi features and system enhancements to optimize reporting and integrations.

  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to improve internal processes.

Basic qualifications for the opportunity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ year of experience in software development or IT support, preferably with SQL development experience.

  • Basic experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, query design, temporary tables).

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Interest in learning Yardi and working with real estate fund accounting applications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curious, proactive mindset.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams across different departments.

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Experience with Excel macros, Power BI, or Power Query.

  • Exposure to Yardi or other ERP systems.

  • Basic understanding of APIs, data integrations, or reporting tools.

78000

and

90000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
