Dispatcher (Part-Time)

To continue delivering on this reputation, we are in search of an additional Dispatcher to join our team. This position performs a variety of duties including dispatching tire service calls and assisting with billing. Office experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and document importation information.
• Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.
• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
• Use the phone or computer to direct crews and other field units to the appropriate sites.
• Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
• Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.
• Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.
• Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds
• Largely a sedentary role
• Ability to talk ad hear in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
• Regular use of hands and arms in traditional office environment
