System Administrator Crystal City, VA Pay From: $45 per hour MUST: Active Secret Clearance required Experienced Microsoft System Administrator 10+ years cross-platform experience in systems administration including analyzing, installing and maintaining hardware, software, peripherals and networks 7+ years of hands-on end point (i.e., client and mobile) troubleshooting and problem solving 5+ years of Microsoft Server (i.e., Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) troubleshooting and problem solving experience 3+ years of experience with Supporting Microsoft Office 365 services in the GCCH or DoD environments 3+ years of experience with Supporting Microsoft Azure GCCH of DoD environments 1+ years experience with supporting Microsoft InTune MDM in the GCCH or DoD environments Prior Military experience (Uniformed/GS/Contractor) or experience working with foreign nationals preferred Familiarity with Microsoft active directory, Domain Name Servers, Cisco operating systems, wide, local, virtual area networks (i.e., VLANs) and virtual servers (e.g., Hyper-V) Operating Systems: Windows 10 and Server 2019 or newer Software: Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Commvault Backup, McAfee MVision / HBSS, BitLocker, Cisco AnyConnect. Hardware: PC and mobility endpoints hardware Experience applying DISA STIGs. Tenable.io or ACAS experience VoIP / SIP SBC configuration Managing GPOs in Microsoft Active Directory. Familiarity with using Microsoft InTune for MDM and patch management Superior troubleshooting and technical support abilities with migrations, network connectivity, and security architectures Knowledge of DoD enterprise network governance, policies, procedures and operations Documentation and Knowledgebase creation experience prefered RMF package testing / creation IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoDD 8140.01 "Cyberspace Workforce Management" (or achieve within six months of TOA) [prefer CompTIA Security+] Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Azure, or Office 365 Administration related certification Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer programing, computer engineering, or a related discipline is required DUTIES: Plan, configure, install, and optimize information technology (IT) infrastructures to optimize performance and maintain high service availability Responsible for maintaining critical components composing the IT architecture (e.g., servers, computers, printers, and mobility endpoints; creating and deploying Windows images for laptops; building hardware and Azure virtual machines from scratch to run Windows; managing application patches, data backup, security changes, and network configurations) Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
