Are you an experienced CRM professional with a passion for strategic leadership and cutting-edge Salesforce solutions? Join our leading client as a CRM Solution Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support key business processes.

Salary: $108,000 - $110,000/yr.

Hybrid role.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead the functional architecture of the NA Salesforce Platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM solutions, enhancing user experience and process efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Communities, and Health Cloud.
  • Act as a key partner with DevOps to maintain and improve platform functionality.
  • Drive Salesforce innovation, evaluating new tools and features to enhance capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor teams, promoting best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations (GDPR, PII, GxP, Systems Validation).


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading a technical team.
  • 2+ years in the Life Sciences industry (Pharma or Medical Devices preferred).
  • Expertise in Salesforce Communities (Experience), Health Cloud, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities in a regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
