Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. In this role, you will navigate the complexities of both technology and education to gather critical business requirements, solve pressing challenges, and communicate actionable solutions across diverse stakeholders, including senior executives. The ideal candidate will be adept at digesting complex information, analyzing data, and recommending effective strategies to address key issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Analyze complex environments, particularly in technology and education, to gather relevant business requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and conduct interviews to document business needs and translate them into functional specifications and reports.
- Perform data analysis to inform recommendations and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with team members to quickly produce deliverables, gather necessary information, and resolve urgent issues within tight deadlines.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and project requirements, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Contribute as a proactive member of a small, focused team, driving high-quality results under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience in the education or technology sectors is a plus but not required.
