THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dynamic Pricing Manager with revenue management background looking to develop and work on pricing strategies aligned with the business's financial, marketing and strategic objectives. This role works closely with the Director of Pricing within the B2C Marketing organization. Location: This position is based in Greenville, SC - close to beaches, mountains, and major cities like Atlanta and Charlotte.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

In this role you will:

  • Coach others in pricing techniques and provide organizational oversight on price setting while anticipating market changes and adapting strategies accordingly.

  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with the financial, marketing and strategic objectives of the business (segment, branding, positioning, targeting, etc).

  • Demonstrate how costing and pricing can support organizational objectives.

  • Identify related industries & competitors product and services that have an impact on the business (segment, branding, positioning, targeting customers, etc)

  • Identify business issues and opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data at the transaction level in the organization.

  • Achieve revenue management goals within own department or functional area.

  • Perform appropriate profitability analyses and makes recommendations to support short- and long-term decisions (e.g. break-even, relevant cost, contribution margin, linear programming, sensitivity and uncertainty analysis, etc).

  • Work cross functionally with marketing partners on key marketing pricing actions for our powerful house of brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • At least 7 years of demonstrating how revenue management supports various organizational value propositions.

  • Bachelors' degree in a related field. (MBA a plus).

  • Consistent record of leading cross functional and/or direct teams.

  • Data Driven approach to pricing by analyzing and interpreting information to identify significant trends or patterns Price Fx knowledge preferred; Azure/PBI a plus.

  • Strong storytelling skills that enable you to craft compelling narratives that resonate internal stakeholders and drives the business to make critical decisions.
