About the Opportunity:

Machinify is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital products.

What you'll do:



  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements based on business value and user needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, prioritized, and up to date.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to drive enhancements and refinements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.


Our Company

What experience you bring (Role Requirements):



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, concise requirements and user stories.
  • Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design approaches.
  • Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.


Pay range: $95,000 - $135,000 USD

This is an exempt position. For Salary positions only: The salary range is for Base Salary. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
