JOB SUMMARY: Provides effective leadership and supervision of Projects Team to successfully deliver projects for Data Center customers. Serves as Project Manager for assigned Projects. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders including sales, engineering, operations, service, and owners to deliver high quality projects on time, within budget, and per scope. Is responsible for the successful delivery of all work elements from Purchase Order through Owner acceptance (Project Life Cycle). Leads a team of Project Managers and collaborates daily with Project Coordinator(s) and Service to ensure successful implementation of project management principles and alignment with Munters Data Center Project Management practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices. Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Career development and training of assigned Team Members Assign projects, set priorities, and monitor workload distribution to optimize team performance. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Implement project management best practices, standardizing processes and tools across all projects. Work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Positions the Project Management team to effectively assess and negotiate back charges related to completed projects, mitigating financial risk. Act as the first point of escalation for project-related issues, providing resolutions and strategic direction. Drive client satisfaction by ensuring projects meet technical, operational, and contractual requirements. Manages Projects alongside team members. PDA and Compensation review with VP Commercial and HR for assigned Team Members. Serves as the primary contact during the design, manufacture, start-up and commissioning of large projects. Gains a comprehension of customer design requirements through the review of specifications, drawings and customer interface.With this knowledge, creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to changing needs and requirements Defines project scope, cost estimates, goals and deliverables with collaboration from Munters sales, engineering, production, quality and service groups Manage project contracts including managing risk of contractual obligations relating to projects Develop equipment/ project scope definition and "turnover" documentation to engineering, production and service for manufacturing and servicing the equipment Prepare contractual claims including extensions of time, prolongation cost, acceleration cost and all other contractual claims Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation as needed for project support.This could include IOM's, Test Scripts, Equipment Maintenance Checklists, etc. Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections Understand pricing model and billing procedures Assure project legal documents are completed and signed on a timely basis Follow through and review of equipment design and fabrication to ensure equipment cost and profitability are being met Track and manage change orders received and being sent out; including to our vendors for back charge purposes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus). 10+ years experience in project management of multi-million dollar projects specific to HVAC equipment and installation preferred Strong Communications/Interpersonal Skills Self-Motivated and Driven Detailed Oriented Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environment Strong Computer Skills including - CAD, MS-Project, Office Travel as need in support of projects
