Packaging Associate

We're currently hiring Packaging Associates in Paulding, OH, for a 1st shift, Monday-Friday role from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Our client specializes in eco-friendly powder and e-coating solutions, and they're looking for motivated individuals to join their innovative team in a fast-paced, success-driven environment.

Pay: $16.53/hr

As a Packaging Associate, your essential duties and responsibilities will include:

• Kitting tools into tool bags.
• Loading tool kits and various products into packaging bins or containers
• Marking and labeling containers and pallets
• Examining and inspecting containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met
• Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Using a hand scanner to process products
• Moving product and inventory using a forklift
• Keeping the work area clean and free of clutter
• Complying with safety, environmental, and quality policies as outlined by Orr's Mission Statement
• Following the requirements of Orr's Integrated Management System (refer to the Quality Manual)
• Performing other duties as assigned

We're looking for candidates who can consistently lift up to 40lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in packaging or warehouse work is a plus, but we will provide the necessary training!
