The full salary range for the Senior Human Resources Generalist is $73,600 - $133,200 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is from $73,600 - $90,000. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the Administrative Services and Strategic Executive Team (ASSET) and plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR services to the Health, Well-being & Safety (HWS) organization. This role also provides cross-functional support to the Chancellor and Provost & Executive Vice Chancellor (PEVC) organizations. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Senior HR Generalist serves as a primary contact for a diverse workforce, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a broad spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, leave administration, policy development, payroll, and training. This position is characterized by a high degree of collaboration and coordination in the delivery of HR Services to support the HWS, Chancellor, and Provost organizations, partnering with central Human Resources, organization departments, ASSET Payroll and Workforce Administration (PWA) team, and other centralized university units.
