THE JOB:

As the Poker Room Host, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by greeting guests as they enter the poker room all while building positive long lasting relationships. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$18.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests as they enter the poker room and assist them with any accommodations they may need
• Place guests at appropriate poker tables
• Assist management in opening poker tables in accordance to departmental procedures
• Get players checks and maintain poker table banks to ensure efficient operations
• Track our guests play by using designated tracking system
• Effectively communicate with management on any unnatural or irregular play and disputes on games
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• One year of prior relevant poker experience preferred
• Outstanding guest service skills in a hospitality environment
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
