This role encompasses significant supervisory responsibilities as the Field Office Supervisor within the Division of Nursing Care Facilities. The individual in this position is tasked with overseeing operations within a designated geographical region, ensuring that nursing home surveys are conducted promptly and appropriately for state licensure, civil rights compliance, and federal program certification. Additionally, the Field Office Supervisor is accountable for managing the receipt, tracking, and resolution of all complaints, adhering to the established policies governing complaint management. - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This work requires irregular and flexible work hours in order to meet department needs and accommodate state and federal mandates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Health Care Surveyor or Health Care Nurse Surveyor (Commonwealth titles); or
- Two years of health care survey experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- This position requires within one year of hire successful completion of the relevant provider-specific federally mandated Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Training and Test (SMQT) administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or an equivalent certifying body for the discipline.
- This position requires possession of an active motor vehicle license.
