Sentara Medical Group is hiring an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist to work FLEXI hours and REMOTELY!

As needed hours will be M-F.

Must have pharmacist licensure in Virginia prior to start date.

Eligible candidate must live in one of the following Sentara approved states:

Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Job Description:

The clinical pharmacist flexi position works to support a centralized medication renewal service supporting Sentara Medical Group. The centralized medication renewal service is a pharmacist-led service to renew prescription refill requests through a provider collaborative practice agreement utilizing established medication protocols. Sentara Medical Group has ambulatory provider practices within Virginia.
