Human Resource Professional -ENTRY LEVEL

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is currently looking for a Human Resource Professional at our Irvine, CA location that will:

• Coordinate administrative activities with the Human Resource Team and staff relating to employment, compensation, benefits, Legal compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, training, safety and strategic direction.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and ethical behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and needs.
• Assist in conducting training sessions on various subject areas.
• Assists recruiting staff in all recruitment efforts.
• Participating in new employee orientation.
• Track and maintain all legal postings
• Participate in industry surveys on behalf of the company
• Prepares and analyzes statistical reports to monitor applicant flow and selection.
• Accurately and timely inputs personnel data and manages HRIS.
• Creates and provides accurate reports from HRIS.
• Coordinates with payroll to ensure accurate information is entered in HRIS.
• Manages and maintains Time and Attendance database.
• Assists in planning team building, employee and charity events.
• Applies a broad knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures towards the completion of difficult assignments/projects.
• Any and all duties as assigned.
• Works under Human Resource Manager Direction
• Travel domestic and international up to 5%

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration with HR focus or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation Range :$55,000 ~ $60,000 (Annually)
