Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association is Growing! We are currently in need of a Home Health LPN Visit Nurse in our Racine and Kenosha County territories. Part-Time, 15-20 hours per week Job Requirements: Carry a current licensure in field of practice in the State of Wisconsin Carry a current CPR certification Carry a valid Driver's license and an active car insurance policy Excellent communication skills with patients, families, facility staff, doctors, and teammates Ability to work independently Good organization and effective time management skills Willingness to travel to meet patient needs Compliance with documentation standards and regulations Prior home health experience preferred, but does not affect eligibility to apply Additional Information: Flexibility in scheduling to aide in work life balance Paid mileage 401K with employer match We would love the opportunity to add you to our team!
