We are looking for a Molder Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Schedules available:



  • 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
  • 3rd shift: 11pm-7am


Pay: $19/hr.

Molder Operator essential tasks:



  • Adhere to company safety and employment rules while identifying and using correct materials as per the mold charge sheet.
  • Clean and "soap" molds after each cycle and visually monitor mold pressures and temperatures for issues.
  • Move molded shoes to the cleaning table, de-flash excess material, and perform thickness checks. Inspect shoes for defects, notify QA if needed, and properly store finished products.
  • Report machine and maintenance issues promptly and follow 5S procedures, recording production and quality information.
  • Regular attendance is required, and other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
