*Description*
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Corporate Technology Leader to drive the strategy, implementation, and support of corporate end-user technologies. This role will oversee enterprise collaboration tools, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) in Azure, and other key IT services, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency. Additionally, the Technical Lead will manage and mentor the end-user support (helpdesk) team, optimizing IT service delivery across the organization. Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for corporate end-user computing technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Lead the design, deployment, and management of Windows Virtual Desktop (W365/AVD) in Azure to support remote and hybrid workforce needs. Oversee the administration, governance, and optimization of SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools to enhance productivity. Establish best practices for device management, application deployment, and security compliance across end user desktop environments Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to improve end-user experience and IT service efficiency. Manage and mentor the End User Support (Helpdesk) team, ensuring timely resolution of IT support requests and continuous service improvement. Adopt and drive IT service management (ITSM) best practices, including incident and change management for end user computing Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure all end-user computing technologies meet organizational security standards. Drive automation and self-service initiatives to reduce support overhead and improve user experience. Establish a comprehensive service catalog for End User Services and ensure analytics, trends, and improvements on support tickets Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement/licensing for end-user computing software and hardware. *Skills* vmware, windows, vdi, desktop *Top Skills Details* vmware,windows,vdi,desktop *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in End User Computing, IT Operations, or related fields. 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role, managing IT support teams or enterprise IT environments. Strong expertise in Windows Virtual Desktop (W365/AVD) in Azure, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and other enterprise IT solutions. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Intune, Group Policy, and endpoint security solutions. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL and experience with helpdesk operations and ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex IT projects from conception to execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
