POSITION OVERVIEW In this role you will: Support the MRI Department patient throughput Stock supplies Light transport duties and escorting of patients Perform administrative and clinical support Hours/Work Schedule: 3:30 p.m. - 12 midnight Monday-Friday 40 hours per week No weekends or holidays Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Healthcare experience preferred or desire to enter the radiology field. Ability to stand for multiple hours. Ability to push/pull 50lbs. Self-motivated, team player, punctuality, flexible (job duties may shift day to day based on needs of the department.) Advanced Imaging Center Overview We are a brand-new facility that opened in November 2024. Our business hours are 7am - 11pm. We conduct approximately 100 scans per week. We are conveniently located on the campus of Sentara Obici Hospital. We have a 3T MRI, which is perfect for orthopedics, joints, prostate, and breast imaging. Physicians and patients benefit from the expertise of our sub-specialized radiologists, who ensure accurate results from high-quality images.
