Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Manager to join our Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) team. As a Process Improvement Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Digital interventions. Your exceptional analytical, change delivery and management skills will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and prompt resolution, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing the overall financial health of our organization.

What you will do:

  • Set near- and long-term process improvement targets and ensure they are accomplished

  • Define desired process improvement structure for the organization/ business function

  • Utilize data and process insights to identify opportunities for process improvements, including Just Do It by leading, motivating, and driving kaizen events, green belt project, and black belt projects

  • Prioritize project execution to balance productivity improvements (remove waste/ non -value add work, avoid redundant work, shift from manual to automated tasks, etc.) and outcomes (improve cash flow, fulfill the process vision with lean profitability, reduce costs, etc.)

  • Ensure projects include measurable outcomes that are sustainable

  • Focus on streamlining processes to reduce variation through standardized processes, and partner with upstream process owners to influence opportunities to minimize variation

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilize project management techniques to stay organized and keep momentum

  • Educate and promote a culture of continuous improvement

  • Process management coaching, including approach to metrics & storytelling, defining and documenting processes (SOPs and process maps), standardize templates, establish best practices, define escalation paths, governance, reporting and communication, root cause analysis and solutioning

  • Empower project team members and ensure they are accountable for action items

  • Partner with internal teams and partners, including but not limited to IT, digital partners, analytics partners, business process owners, Genpact, etc. to achieve process improvement targets

  • Serve as a change agent to pursue organizational change across teams/processes

  • Build a library of process documentation, including process maps

  • Run advanced analytics using excel or power BI to bring out insights for action

  • Identify digitization opportunities and Build business case for implementation of digital interventions/ tools.

  • Manage and build transformation pipeline

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in Quote to Cash process (Different sub processes or deep experience on one area), or MBA and 5+ years of experience in Quote to Cash process (Different sub processes or deep experience on one area), or high school diploma and 12+ years experience in Quote to Cash process (Different sub processes or deep experience on one area)

  • Green Belt Certification

  • Black belt certification a plus or In progress certification with BB training complete.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

  • Enterprise ERP Systems experience is a plus

Pay range: $ 111,000 - $ 154,200 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
