Role Overview:
We're hiring a Software Engineer
to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and ML engineers, to build scalable and reliable distributed systems. The focus is on creating a high-performance data ingestion platform
that integrates third-party applications securely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize data ingestion algorithms to improve sync success rate, data completeness, and performance.
- Build platform capabilities to accelerate the development of third-party integrations.
- Design and implement large-scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
- Enable enterprises to create custom connectors using indexing APIs and custom connector capabilities.
- Lead technical projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer.
- Proficiency in Golang
and Python(required); experience with React
is a plus. - Strong background in building large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven leadership in guiding teams and providing technical direction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in building third-party app integrations.
- Comfortable working in a 01 environment, adapting to ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Passion for continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
