*CAD Design Engineer - SolidWorks* Description We are looking for a Design Engineer to create engineering drawings for the production, assembly, and packaging of trade show displays and brand spaces.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING *SOLIDWORKS.* *Responsibilities:* * *Model Trade Show Displays (45%):* Based on design, create production drawings from engineering models. * *Create Bill of Material and Routing (10%):* Develop and document the materials and processes required for each job. * *Create CAD Drawings for CNC Machining (10%):* Generate detailed CAD files for CNC machining. * *Create Setup Instructions (10%):* Develop detailed setup instructions to be shipped with displays. * *Develop Packing Solutions (10%):* Design and document packing solutions, and communicate details to production. * *Participate in Kickoff Meetings (10%):* Understand the vision and design requirements for customer displays. * *Review Graphic Specs (5%):* Verify and send graphic specifications to the graphics department. *Enterprise Req Skills:* * SolidWorks * Design * Industrial Design *Top Skills Details:* * 4 years of Design Engineering experience * SolidWorks experience * Prior Trade Show Experience preferred, but not required *Work Environment:* * 5 days a week onsite in Greensboro. * Will work alongside a team of other design engineers. * Will interact with sales, design, project management, and production departments. * No external relationships. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Attention to detail * Works well in a team environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
