Position Function |
Contribute to the success and engagement of Ball State's online students by communicating effectively with students and staff; leverage technology and innovative strategies to enhance the learner experience; utilize the customer relationship management system to enhance student engagement; assist high school students and contribute to projects within Ball State's Dual Credit Program, perform office management duties and provide administrative support for the Learner Experience Team and Division of Online and Strategic Learning. |
