How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? High-impact, high-visibility role overseeing investments for North American activities.

Work with project developers and business leadership to present and develop attractive projects for the organization.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior management.

Communicate regularly with capital project developers, establishing constructive relationships to understand impacts of project start-ups.

Recognize information needed for effective decision-making, gather meaningful data and ask probing questions to ensure good capital decisions as an outcome.

Organize the project review committee.

Responsible for reporting of the project start-ups across North America.

Provide detailed financial analysis of various topics on an ad-hoc basis.

Manage, forecast & control D&A across North American businesses.

Perform month-end financial reporting, producing useful analyses for presentation to executive leadership.

Develop monthly capital reporting to keep management informed of financial status and facilitate decision-making.

Responsible for training internal customers on capital topics.

Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team; influence management and collaborate with others (Accounting, Business Development, Capital Implementation, Operations).

Drive improvement initiatives to deliver a more efficient and reliable capital management process.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required.

Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

3 years work experience in a financial or operational role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrate dedication to uncompromising accuracy in data management; attention to detail is essential.

Ability to lead multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on monthly deliverables.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google productivity suite (or MS products).

Ability to function in a team environment with extensive flexibility and limited direct supervision; ambitious, engaged individuals will be successful in this role.

Works safely; aligns with Air Liquide's policies and procedures.
