Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Video Producer Intern to join our marketing team for the summer. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in video production while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As an intern, you will assist in creating engaging video content for marketing and communications. You'll work closely with our director of product/solutions marketing and our campaign and social media manager to help shape video storytelling that resonates with our B2B audience in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Assist with all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, scripting) to shooting and editing. We welcome your creative input. Please bring fresh ideas and creativity to help improve the video production process and content quality.
  • Content Creation: Help create a variety of video content, including Subject Matter Expert Interviews, client testimonials, educational materials, and more, tailored to a B2B audience.
  • Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished final products, incorporating graphics, music, and voiceovers as needed to deliver high-quality content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall brand strategy, messaging, and objectives.
  • Project Support: Assist with video project management, including scheduling shoots, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timelines are met.

This is a great learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video production and post-production, with mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Some experience in video production, including filming and editing, preferably for business or marketing purposes.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio or sample video work demonstrating your video production skills is preferred.
  • Interest or knowledge in the data center, cloud computing, or IT services industries is a plus, but not required.

Internship Details:

College Juniors and Seniors are eligible - $20/hr - 40 hours a week - 10 week program - from June to August 2025.
