MORI is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead NASA's Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity (ODEO) in the implementation of significant transformation efforts and in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency's enterprise-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing NASA TV segments, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASA's message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA's communication to the outside world. JOB DESCRIPTION / FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will include but not be limited to the following activities: * Take lead on all aspects related to Administrative and Technical Project Support * Manage actions related to transformation, office reorganization and emerging special projects * Develop, track, and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports * Oversee process management for assigned projects, conduct post-project evaluations, and provide recommendations for improvements * Manage stakeholder engagement and projects to completion Must be able highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), and SharePoint. Willing and able to learn governmental process along with being a self-starter with ability to learn new things. Experience with creating new visual communication products, along with editing existing product to make them more visually appealing. Must have experience developing communications and presentations for executive level leadership This is a hybrid work role and requires onsite work at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting NASA, preferably ODEO. Prior experience with web and SharePoint modernization efforts.
