Responsibilities

Join Our Team as Vice-President of Residential Services!

**Candidate MUST live in CA, WA, or UT**

Are you a dynamic leader ready to make a significant impact in the residential services division? We are seeking a Vice-President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational management that drives excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Lead all operational management initiatives within the residential services division, ensuring the continuous development and achievement of the business plan, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze activities, costs, and forecast data to track progress toward goals and objectives.

  • Drive Growth: Propel EBITDA growth by creating efficiencies, implementing a robust system of metrics, and fostering a culture of accountability across the organization.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the COO to shape and execute all operational decisions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision.

  • Hands-On Leadership: Manage operational teams in the field with a hands-on approach, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service, quality, integrity, and accountability.

  • Champion Growth Culture: Drive revenue and profitability while leading initiatives that align with the company's mission, vision, and values.

  • Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and retain key talent through effective coaching, training, and leadership development programs.

  • Build a Best-in-Class Team: Establish and maintain a "best-in-class" operations team at the business unit level, creating a sophisticated infrastructure while motivating teams with a focus on performance drivers and metrics.

  • Utilize Core Functions: Leverage core corporate functions (HR, clinical, financial, business development, etc.) to effectively manage the business while maintaining expenses and labor costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a relevant discipline required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of business experience in a similar healthcare services or distributed care business, with full P&L responsibility.
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior leadership experience.
  • Experience with de novo and roll-up strategies, driving rapid growth through both organic and M&A activity.
  • Behavioral health experience is required.
  • Experience in a healthcare services business that has marketed directly to the consumer is preferred.

Pay range for this position based on Education and Experience: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually.
