Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Delivery Lead to oversee a 3-year program consisting of ~15 projects spanning across the US, Europe, the UK, and APAC. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage these projects across the enterprise to ensure legacy systems are upgraded. This position will report to C-level executives. This is a technical role that involves dealing with legacy mainframe systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 3-year global program with 15 projects.
- Primary responsibility: Oversee 15 projects by engaging the project leads across the enterprise to ensure legacy systems are upgraded.
- Oversee the remediation of legacy technology debt.
- Identify and resolve risks associated with the projects.
- Create and maintain roadmaps, along with dependencies
- Manage enterprise-level legacy migrations.
- Ensure smooth business operations and financial management throughout the program.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
- Report to C-level executives.
- Execute complex end-to-end transformation delivery projects and programs.
- Define and execute all program processes, including Resource Management, Financial Management, Risk/Issue Management, Vendor/Contract Management, Status Reporting, and overall Program Governance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior program delivery, preferably in a global setting.
- Expertise in managing large-scale technology remediation projects.
- Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.
- Strong background in leading migration and transformation projects for legacy applications at the enterprise level.
- Excellent business operations and financial management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 10+ years delivering complex system integration projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to function in a demanding matrixed environment.
- Strong global IT Delivery experience and expertise in transformation.
- Strong understanding of project/program management processes and procedures.
- Very organized with strong attention to detail.
- Consulting or project transformation experience at an intermediate level.
- Technical expertise in dealing with legacy mainframe systems.
