What You'll Do
As our Night Auditor, you will be the backbone of our hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while our guests enjoy a restful stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
- Managing reservations and ensuring accurate room assignments
- Acting as the go-to person for guest inquiries, requests, and late-night assistance
- Processing payments and balancing financial transactions with accuracy
- Running nightly reports, posting charges, and keeping records updated
- Assisting with setting up the breakfast area in the morning
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and front desk systems
- The ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed
