Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedReal Estate Investment Analystto join our investment team. This role will be responsible for underwriting, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on multifamily and industrial real estate acquisitions and developments. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of real estate investment fundamentals, and experience evaluating multifamily and industrial properties. Job Responsibilities: * Financial Analysis & Underwriting: Develop and maintain detailed financial models in Excel to underwrite potential acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. * Market Research & Due Diligence: Conduct market research to assess investment opportunities, including rent and expense comparables, cap rate trends, and supply-demand dynamics. * Portfolio Management: Monitor asset performance, prepare quarterly reports, and provide recommendations to optimize value. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. * Strong understanding of multifamily and industrial real estate market dynamics. * Experience working with real estate transaction documents, loan agreements, and leases is a plus. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with real estate debt and equity structuring.
